In Rampini's book (THE Alfa Romeo model Bible) you can read with this model:
No picture, R4 (exceptionally rare). Rampini is strict with classifying. This is the classification just above "known only a few pieces".

What I found out so far:
F.M.T (Fabbrica Minuterie Tornite) merged with TORMEC founded in 1956 and 1980. F.M.T, a manufacturer of tiny hardware (clocks, machines), has tried to become a model manufacturer in the 1950s as the Alfetta won race after race. It must have been a truly small series.
