Hello to everyone on modelly and welcome to my collection. I live in Denmark, where I have lived now for more than 20 years with my wife and we have also a 4 year old daughter. Both me and my wife, we come from Moldova , a former soviet country. I was born in 1985 during The Soviet Union and during that period, everything with which I was sorrunded in my daily life was made in The Soviet Union, everything from cars, clothes, toys and other items. My wife is from 1986.

During my childhood I played with soviet models / toys. Because of my childhood and my upbringing in The Soviet Union I have a big interest in East blok, russian and soviet models. This interest became a hobby and when I came to Denmark I began collecting soviet models. Some I bought from my childhood. And today I have 2 collections which are slowly growing, a East blok, soviet, russian and a foreign collection with over 500 models in each collection and models in various scales from various manufactures. The models are both vintage and new. I am looking forward to share my collections on this forum and as a collector it is also interesting for me to see what other people collect. As for my East blok, soviet and russian collection, I do not just collect but I also like to make research about the interesting history of these vehicles which I will also upload with the pictures of the models. In that way I hope it will be interesting for other members on this forum to read. In general I like all kind of vintage cars and in Denmark it is a popular hobby, During the year there are various car shows for old cars. As for models there are collectors in Denmark who collect East blok models but not on a scale as me. Therefore I think so far I have the biggest Soviet and russian collection in Denmark.

I am an opnminded person and my door is always open to collectors who find my collection interesting and maybe want to see the models in person when visiting Denmark. I will upload during my freetime :-) Questions about my models are more than welcome.
