modelcar Avtovaz Lada 21099 produced by Inkoteks 1:43 2

The model is made by Inkoteks in Russia after The fall of The Soviet Union in scale 1:43. The model is Lada 21099. Only the hood opens.
VAZ-21099 "Sputnik" is a four-door front-wheel drive sedan developed by the Volga Automobile Plant. It is the most full-size model in the Lada "Sputnik" family.
The car was prepared for conveyor production in March 1990, but the start of production was postponed due to a delay in the supply of components from allied enterprises.
Serially produced at the AvtoVAZ plant from December 22, 1990 to June 30, 2004. Until the end of 2011, it was assembled in Ukraine at the ZAZ plant from Russian car sets with interior decoration, like the successor model, VAZ-2115 with only one difference (this model was produced under the brand name ZAZ-21099).
The VAZ-21099 was exported under the names Lada Forma, Lada Sagona, Lada Sable, Lada Samara Saloon.
Design features

The VAZ-21099 was originally distinguished from other models of the Samara family by the front part of the body with long fenders, without a plastic "beak" in front and a longer hood, a new radiator grill, the instrument panel became gray, unlike brown panels in other Samaras. Subsequently, these innovations were carried over to the entire Samara family for the sake of unifying the models.
Modifications
Since the start of production in different years, modifications have been produced with carburetor and injection engines with a working volume of 1.3 liters (VAZ-210993) and 1.5 liters (VAZ-210990). The model range of JSC AVTOVAZ includes modifications of the VAZ-21099 with carburetor and injection engines (VAZ-21099i). A version with permanent all-wheel drive (Lada-Victory) was also produced, but due to low sales, the release was stopped. And the model with a turbocharged 8-valve engine (Lada Sport) was produced only by individual order.
Modernization
Since 1997, at the pilot production of AvtoVAZ, they began to produce the VAZ-2115 model, which was a restyled version of the VAZ-21099 and the first car of the so-called Samara-2 family.

In 2004, the VAZ-21099 was discontinued at AvtoVAZ and was completely replaced by the VAZ-2115 model, after which the model was assembled in Ukraine by ZAZ CJSC. At the end of 2011, the production of VAZ-21093 (hatchback) and VAZ-21099 (sedan) was finally discontinued.

LADA Victory (VAZ 21099) - the difference from the base model was that the Victory was an all-wheel drive (4x4) vehicle. The car was manufactured according to this principle: they took a VAZ 21099, added a transmission, in particular an angular gearbox, a viscous coupling and a rear axle gearbox from Volkswaqen Golf Syncro, and we got a VAZ 21099 Victory.

The half-axles remain from the base model, one transmits torque from the motor to the rear axle, and two more serve to drive the front wheels. The exterior of the Victory differed from the basic modifications of the VAZ 21099 by a rear spoiler, light-alloy fourteen (14 ") inch sports-type wheels and bright red" Victory "and" 4x4 "nameplates on the trunk lid were installed on the car.

On the Victory, the exhaust system was also changed, and the engine was installed with a displacement of 1600 cm². Speaking about the technical characteristics of the car, we can note the good acceleration dynamics of Victory, which is not surprising, because the engine was installed forced.
All-wheel drive provided the car with just amazing cross-country ability, but because of its cost, the VAZ 21099 Victory was not widespread, and the production of the car was curtailed.
Also, the car was exported to European countries.

The first front-wheel drive sedan was destined to become a real long-liver of VAZ - it not only endured all the vicissitudes of the difficult nineties without problems, but also remained on the VAZ conveyor in the new century - until the summer of 2004. However, the life of the most long-awaited Samara did not end there: since 2004, VAZ-21099 from Russian car sets were assembled in Zaporozhye - at the Ukrainian AvtoZAZ plant. Here, the "ninety-ninth" received not only a Ukrainian registration, but also some details from the more modern Samara-2 - in particular, a 1.6-liter eight-valve engine with distributed fuel injection and a more modern interior with a "europanel".
