The BMW M3, he is considered by many to be the best BMW ever.
The first M3 series was first presented at the 1985 Frankfurt International Motor Show (IAA). He actually served as homologation model for the German Touring Car Championship (DTM) and based on the well-known E30 series. The demand was from the beginning but so large that he was produced and sold in far greater quantities than originally planned.
In 1986, the first BMW M3 was produced as standard, which was manufactured by the BMW subsidiary BMW M GmbH.
The spoilers on the front and rear as well as the sills and fender flares actually had a benefit and improved aerodynamics and straight-line stability.
In 1989, a series of 505 vehicles was launched in honor of the then works driver Johnny Cecotto. These differed mainly in the interior and by a slightly different engine compartment. The vehicles were only in black and red.

Technology:
Engine: 2.3-liter displacement, 4 cylinders and between 215 hp (today almost "standard" in many vehicles, but for 1989 top class and in connection with vehicle weight and handling, still top today!)

special:
All BMW M3 was only available as a left-hand drive, so you will hardly find vehicles in Asia or Australia.

The model:
Excellently implemented by AUTOart. Perfect painting, very small gap and perfectly implemented details. The engine compartment is modeled with all details and the interior has all the pressures on the switches and levers on. The seat covers and interior trim of the doors were also displayed in the matching decor.
The overall impression of this model is perfect.
There are 2 issues of this M3 from AUToart. The first version came in the usual Millennium packaging (white cardboard with illustrations and Styrofoam Inlet). Meanwhile, a new construction has been made which is delivered in black packaging with plastic box. Both models hardly differ from each other.
