The 928 was built 1977-1995. Its shape was thereby only slightly adjusted. A fine example of the pioneering idea of the former designer.
Originally intended to replace the 928 to 911th. For this purpose it should never come. Many Porsche fans did not like the round shape, this came a front mounted engine, it was not a boxer, etc ....
So it was that the 928 always as the "touring car" was and never properly as a pure sports car.
Engine: V8 engine with 4.5 - 5.4 liters. Power from 240 hp.
The car offered very good driving characteristics, space for 4 people and one for a sports car, remarkably large trunk.
The model:
Very nicely executed by AUTOart, perfect painting it and extremely small gap sizes. The interior is executed wonderfully, the designations of the switches are well printed, the seat covers are printed in a contemporary décor.
Of course, all doors can be opened and close the pop-up headlights
