In 1961, Pontiac presented the "Tempest" series. There were several versions, among them the variant shown here, a two-door hardtop coupe with the name "Tempest Le Mans".
Interestingly, the Tempest was regarded as a "smaller" entry model. And that with a length of 4.8m ........ (from 1963 the model grew to 4.93m).
As usual in America, there were different engine variants, top model was a 5.3-liter V8 with 264 hp.
The model:
Excellently implemented by Highway 61.
Numerous details are perfectly implemented: suspension, retractable antenna, opening tank flap, movable sun visors, front seat adjustable and foldable in the length, glove compartment for opening, triangular window adjustable.
For this purpose, a perfect motor reduction with hood hinges, rubber mats with a vehicle problem and an interior space that can hardly be implemented better.
All in all ..... a perfect miniature
