The first car with a true hybrid drive.
Designed by Ferdinand Porsche, who was at that time only 25 years old and worked for the carmaker Lohner.
Was presented the car at the 1900 Motor Show in Paris. Porsche broke with this approach, the problem of insufficient coverage of the former electric vehicles.
A 5.5 liter 4 cylinder 28 HP and invited the two electric motors in the front wheel hub. Thus the car reached for more than 50 km / h, could go a considerable range.
After a dispute over the patent rights Porsche left the automobile factory Lohner and switched to Austro-Daimler.
The model:
Beautifully crafted model with many details exactly replicated. The entrance door in the rear can be opened, the hood can also be opened at three points or even completely removed. The engine is modeled extremely accurate and designed the underbody filigree.
The seats are upholstered with leatherette.
