At the Motor Show 1967 in Frankfurt this beautiful convertible was based on a year earlier presented BMW 1600 presented .
It had a fully retractable soft top , the good performance of the saloon and looked really great. However, one drawback was the susceptibility to rust and that the vehicle was not very rigid.
Later versions were given a roll bar . Only about 2000 pieces of variant full - Cabriolet ( Variants type 1600 and 2002) were built .
Motor:
4 cylinder engine , 1600 cc with 85 hp.
Top speed 165 km / h.
The model:
Very nice unconverted variant of Minichamps . The paintwork is immaculate and numerous details are finely worked . Thus, the sun visor can be moved and under cover trunk is a removable spare wheel .
There is a fault in the engine ...... it was the wrong version installed . But this is only known to the discerning ..... ; )
The overall effect is certainly
