The built 1963-1965 Porsche 904 was officially marketed as Carrera GTS . Peugeot had indeed the rights to the type designations with a " 0 " in the middle (except for racing cars that precluded confusion .... )
Due to its street legal Carrera was soon a popular vehicle in various ( small and large ) racing teams .

Motor:
4 cylinder boxer engine with 2 liters capacity
155-185 hp
. Max speed : 252 km / h
0-100 in 5.5 seconds

For better weight distribution of the fuel tank with 110 liter capacity , some ancillaries and the prescribed spare was housed in the front .
The seats were rigidly mounted , it could adjust the pedals and the steering wheel .

The model:
Very nicely implemented by Minichamps , small gap sizes , clean finish and fine details .
How flat is the vehicle that can be seen very well in comparison to other 1 : 18er models . The Carrera acts like a false scale
